Abstract

The defect of the corruption of reasoning is one of the objective defects that affect the judicial judgment، and it happens because of a defect in the method of deduction that the judge uses in practicing his mental activity. This defect is happened in several cases، such as the incorrect understanding of the incident and the evidence، the contradiction between the elements of the incident or between it and the judgment verdict، the reliance on evidence that is not legally acceptable، the distortion of the elements of proving the case and others، and this defect is related to the logical reasons for the judgment، and it results in the contraindicated of the judicial judgment
