المسؤولية الجنائية الناشئة عن استخدام الروبوتات ( الإنسالة)

اليوم يشهد العالم تقدماً ملحوظاً في الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والحوسبة ، مما ادى الى ظهور الروبوتات كواحدة من اكثر تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي تاثيراً وخطورة ومع تزايد اهمية الروبوتات في مختلف القطاعات ، اصبح دورها في تقديم الخدمات الاساسية للبشرية اكثر اهمية . مع ذلك الى جانب هذه المزايا تشكل الروبوتات ايضاً مخاطر كبيرة بسبب تطبيقاتها المتنوعة في مجالات مثل الجيش والتعليم والمساعدات الانسانية والامن وانفاذ القانون .
وحيث بدأ المجرمون في استغلال الاجهزة التي تعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي لاغراض غير مشروعة ، مما يسلط الضوء على جانب مثير للقلق من ثورة الذكاء الاصطناعي وتختلف الجرائم التي ترتكبها الروبوتات بناء على قدراتها التقنية ، وتتراوح من الجرائم ضد الافراد والممتلكات الى الارهاب وما بعده . ويخلق استخدام الروبوتات في الانشطة الاجرامية تحدياً قانونياً كبيراً للمشرعين ، نظراًَ لخطورة مثل هذه الجرائم وتعقيدات اثبات وتحيد المسؤولية الجنائية ، ويرجع ذلك في المقام الاول الى الطبيعة المتقدمة وغير المسبوقة لهذه التقنيات .
