التكييف القانوني لتبادل الازواج في القانون الجنائي

يتناول هذا البحث التكييف القانوني لتبادل الازواج في القوانين العراقية، وتكمن اهمية هذا البحث في كونه يتناول سلوك خطير جدا ظهر في المجتمع ، فضلا عن مخالفة هذا الفعل للدين الاسلامي والعادات التي يقرها المجتمع، ويثير تبادل الازواج اشكالية كبيرة من حيث تداخله مع بعض الجرائم في القوانين العراقية، لذا كان لابد من توضيح المقصود بهذه الجريمة، فضلا عن بيان الفرق بين تبادل الازواج وبين غيره من الجرائم التي نصت عليها التشريعات العراقية.
