التنظيم لقانوني لجريمة الاحتيال الرقمي

يعد الاحتيال الرقمي من الجرائم الحديثة التي ظهرت ، اذ أثر التطور التكنووجي و أنتشار الوسائل الالكترونية في مجالات الحياة المختلفة، و يقصد به اي سوك احتيالي يتم بتشغيل الحاسيب أو شبكات ألانترنيت أو أي وسيلة رقمية هادفاً الاستيلاء على اموال الغير أو تأمين مكاسب غير مشروعة ، و لعل خطورة هذه الجريمة تختبئ في صعوبة أكتشافها و سرعة تنفيذها و امتداد آثارها عبر الحدود.
و لمواجهة هذا النوع من الجرائم ،اصبح من الضروري الاعتماد على الأدلة الرقمية ، وهي تلك البيانات و المعلومات المخزنة أو المنقولة إالكترونياً و التي يمكن أن تثبت وقوع الجريمة و تحدد مرتكبها ،اذ تشمل الأدلة الرقمية : رسائل البريد الالكتروني ، سجل الدخول، البيانات المخزنة في الأجهزة و المعاملات المالية.
