This research examines the Significance of Reality and Its Impact on the Interpretation of Islamic and Legal Texts. It highlights the importance of considering factual circumstances in understanding and applying texts to changing situations. The study aims to clarify the concept of reality and its impact on interpretation, while identifying the controls that prevent deviation from the meaning of the text.
The research adopts an analytical and comparative approach by examining Islamic and legal texts and analyzing the relationship between text and reality. The study concludes that considering reality is an important element of interpretation when governed by sound Islamic and legal principles. Understanding reality does not mean giving it precedence over the text, but rather contributes to its proper interpretation and application in accordance with its objectives.
