About the Journal
Al-Bayan University Journal for Legal Studies and Research (BUJLSR) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the College of Law at Al-Bayan University, Baghdad, Iraq. The journal focuses on original publications in legal studies and research, covering public and private law, criminal law, international law, human rights, comparative legal studies, and contemporary legal issues.
The journal accepts manuscripts in both Arabic and English and adheres to rigorous scholarly publishing standards, including double-blind peer review, publication ethics, plagiarism screening, and the protection of researchers’ data.
Publication Frequency: The journal is published quarterly, with four issues per year.
